Natural Family Planning of the Brainerd Lakes Area provides instructors and training for two natural family planning (NFP) methods, including the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System and the Billings Ovulation method. In addition, it offers fertility appreciation and chastity retreats that enhance family relationships and strengthen the bonds between mother and daughter and father and son.

Mission Statement

Natural Family Planning of the Brainerd Lakes Area promotes natural family planning (NFP) and is available to teach NFP to all who request it regardless of race, color, creed or income, to know their fertility pattern to avoid or achieve pregnancy, to respect their human life and that of their children, and to grow in unity of their marriage; for youth to learn fertility awareness and promote chastity in their life for their value of their personhood.
